Cancellation Policy
You can cancel any subscription at any time. All cancellations take effect from your next due payment date — no further payments will be deducted. Until that date, you keep full access to everything in your plan.
After your cancellation takes effect, your account switches to view-only: you can still log in and view your Admin / Dashboard and any previously saved formulas, clients and notes, but no new data can be saved and no new formulas can be generated until you renew your subscription.

Every Practitioner subscription comes with its own secure login and a private, fully isolated client database. Your clients' formulas, symptoms, and notes are visible only to you — no other Practitioner can access them, and there is no oversight account. Patient data stays strictly between you and your clients.
